Anointing of the Sick

"They should pray over him and anoint [him] with oil..."

Infants & Kids

If a newborn is admitted to the NICU or your older child requires surgery or hospitalization, please call the office for this sacrament.  It blesses the child and provides inestimable comfort to the parents.

If your child has not received baptism, the priest will administer baptism first. This doesn’t preclude you having a church baptismal celebration with godparents later. Please let us know if you want this sacrament for your child.

Serious Illness & Surgery

We encourage all who are seriously ill or undergoing surgery to receive this sacrament. It doesn’t mean you believe the person may soon die. Please contact us if you or a loved one could benefit from this comforting sacrament.

End of Life

Before our journey home, the priest may offer this sacrament along with other special blessing. If a loved one is nearing the end of his earthly pilgrimage, contact the priest for this comforting, important sacrament. Due to privacy laws, care facilities can no longer notify us themselves.
