Robby Atkins is a Memphis native and proud parishioner of Incarnation, where he serves as a Lector. He attended St. Annes Bartlett, CBHS, SBA, and the University of Memphis, and now works at The Seam LLC as a Systems Administrator in Agritech. Robby has one son named Brady that attends University of Arkansas as a freshman. Robby was married to Miriam Atkins, who sadly passed away on March 21st, 2023. He enjoys playing the guitar, exercising, and spending time with his two brothers.

Ryan and Rebecca Talarico have deep roots at Incarnation Catholic Church, where they both grew up attending and where their faith journey continues today. Celebrating 15 years of marriage this month, they are the proud parents of six beautiful children—five here on earth and one in heaven who remains forever part of their family story.

Rebecca currently serves as the Director of Adult Formation at Incarnation. As a family, the Talaricos are deeply involved in parish life and ministry. Together they serve the parish community in many ways, including Eucharistic Ministers, Lector, Altar Servers, choir members, and through ministries such as Fishers of Men, Cursillo, PRE, Youth Ministry, and the Knights of Columbus. Ryan and Rebecca are passionate about helping others grow in their relationship with Christ and deepen their understanding of the Catholic faith.

Faith, family, and service are at the heart of the Talaricos’ lives, and they are grateful to continue growing, serving, and raising their children in the same parish community that helped shape their own faith.

Lector & Eucharistic Minister Training

If you are interested in becoming a Lector or Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, there will be a spring training at St. Francis Catholic Church on Saturday, April 11th. These sessions provide an important opportunity for formation, renewal, and reinforcement of the Church’s liturgical norms, while helping ensure our ministers serve with reverence, confidence, and a deep understanding of their role in the Sacred Liturgy.

Summer Softball League

Summer Softball League

Incarnation is forming a co-ed team for the Diocese of Memphis Summer Softball League, and all adults 18+ are invited to join! This fun and welcoming league is open to players of all skill levels , whether you’ve played for years or are just looking to try something new.

Games will be held Sunday afternoons from March 29 through July 13 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church . There is no cost to participate other than purchasing your team jersey and bringing your own glove.

The team will also offer an optional weekly practice at Incarnation (day of the week to be determined) for anyone who wants extra time to play and connect. It’s a great way to build community, stay active, and enjoy some friendly competition with fellow parishioners and other teams from around the diocese. ⚾
