Grades 6-12th and adults are needed as volunteers. Register to volunteer too!

Please return registration forms to the PRE office by May 15th. If needed, the parish or PRE office can print a form for you. You can also download and send the form via email to adrienne.wolf@incarnationcollierville.org .

Altar Server Appreciation Trip

We are planning a FREE day trip to City Museum in St. Louis, Missouri for our Altar Servers on Tuesday, June 23, and we are currently gathering interest to help us finalize transportation and supervision plans.

WHO: Altar Servers entering 7th grade and up

WHEN: Tuesday, June 23 (one-day trip)

COST: FREE (transportation, admission, and lunch are covered)

Families should plan for:

Optional spending money at City Museum (souvenirs/snacks)
Dinner money for the return trip

PLEASE NOTE: This is an INTEREST ONLY sign-up — it is NOT a commitment. We are simply trying to determine how many students are interested so we can confirm final details.

Planned Activities

Tour of the Cathedral Basilica of Saint Louis
City Museum visit (lunch included)
Dinner stops on the way back (students will need dinner money)

If your child is interested, please reply by: May 4, 2026

Include:

Student name
Grade they are entering
Parent phone number and email

Once we confirm interest and finalize the count, we will send the final itinerary, exact departure/return times, and required permission/medical forms.

All are welcome to join in on the summer fun! The Catholic Diocese of Memphis is having a summer softball league and Incarnation has a team!

Pack your coolers, grab your fans, and meet us at OLPH to cheer on the team!
